My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while spacious and equipped with lovely views, appeared a bit tired and could benefit from a refresh. However, the outstanding duplex layout with two bathrooms and two walk-in wardrobes was a definite highlight. The service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The location, right on the lake near Suzhou Center, was fantastic for exploring the area, offering a picturesque setting for leisurely strolls along the water's edge. The dining options were good, but the limited selection left something to be desired. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
